We are looking for a Pro-active Study Coordinator to join our team within our Clinical Pathology department in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

You will be joining a supportive and knowledgeable team who go above and beyond within their role.

As Study Coordinator you will use your people skills to liaise with internal and external clients and be able to hit the ground running. You will have a passion for data with excellent attention to detail.

After an initial training period this could be a Hybrid role.

**Job responsibilities include**:

- Provides administrative and scientific support for Stand Alone/Multi site Clinical Pathology Studies and contributory portions of other studies, including pre-study tasks (e.g. protocol development, scheduling), monitoring the in-life progress of assigned studies, and interacting with client’s requirements in line with Principal Scientists and Management agreement.
- Works closely with Global Clinical Pathologists in line with Path schedules to produce stand alone Clinical Pathology Reports in line with client turnarounds.
- Generates tables, graphs, and data sets using specific software and systems.
- Ensures all client/study director comments are addressed and documented in a timely manner and revised or final reports are scheduled and sent.
- Schedules and participates in pre-initiation and other study-related meetings, as required, and takes and distributes pre-initiation meeting minutes.
- Reviews CPS data for completeness, identifies deficiencies, and works with operational staff to resolve.
- Monitors progress and status of assigned studies.
- Acts as PI for Harrogate Clin Path for multisite functions

**Education**:
A science degree background or Clinical pathology experience would be advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Competent ability to use several software packages i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good with Data
