**Substance Misuse Recovery Worker**

A large nationwide charity is seeking to take on a locum Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to help support service users with their recovery journey.

**Highlights**:

- Work with a diverse range of service users that maybe affected by alcohol dependence and substance misuse
- You will be working for a reputable charity which has large networks with Local Authorities
- The organisation is very well resourced to help support you with your work and to ensure that service users get the support they need.
- The post will see you work as a part of a multi disciplinary approach to support service users and will require you to work effectively with your colleagues from other services.
- Information is shared between services very effectively to help support you with your caseloads
- You will be supported by an experienced manager who is always available for supervision

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recover Worker to take on a locum post within a reputable and large charity that works very closely with Local Authorities and a range of partner agencies. The service aims to help support service userfrom a range of backgrounds that maybe affected by alcohol and substance misuse as well as a potential offender.

The service is setup well and works effectively with a range of different services to ensure service user get the best possible support to help with their recovery Journey. The charity ensures that they use a multi disciplinary approach to get the opinionsof a range of specialists so that they are providing a more holistic package of care to services users. Furthermore you will have access to a range of resources to help those on your caseload so you can be sure that you are providing a robust service
