This role will provide support with high-volume recruitment on the full life-cycle recruitment process including, but not limited to, responding to all recruitment operations recruitment related inquiries. Manage and administer the full employee lifecycle, from talent identification to new hire on boarding to exits.

Also providing support to the HR team in providing advice and support to managers, supervisors and employees in handling all aspects of Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through advertising and/or liaison with agencies.
- Ensuring effective induction of new staff in collaboration with line managers
- Participating in the collection of pay and other HR-related comparator information to support management decision-making
- Inputting into and maintaining the HR and T & A systems and developing reporting capabilities.
- Administering all aspects of absence management including checking messages, recording information, communicating to managers.
- Arranging and participating in disciplinary and grievance activity including producing letters and minutes.
- Discussing legal issues with Company Lawyers and interpreting impact to company.
- Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Responding to various ad-hoc queries from other employees in the company
- Meeting with departmental managers and supervisors to discuss and progress HR issues.
- Arranging and participating in disciplinary and grievance activity including producing letters and minutes.
- Referring complex issues to senior HR staff/ management/ lawyers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year
