Job responsibilities:

- Answering telephone calls proficiently and processing telephone orders
- Assisting in processing web orders and postal orders
- Correctly recording or entering of customer and product details
- Resolving any delivery issues
- Cancelling orders if required and arranging any necessary refunds
- Managing and resolving customer complaints or issues and referring unresolved grievances to the appropriate person
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and promotions
- Providing customers with information about products and services
- Dealing with potential new wholesale customers enquiries
- Opening and distributing of daily post for all enterprises
- Organising post for daily collection
- Correctly processing all documentation and labels for dispatch
- Managing dispatch - liaising with couriers and postal networks
- Generating orders advice note
- Housekeeping of Orderwise database
- Taking on other office duties as when and where required
- General cleaning and tidying of office
- Assisting with Wildlife Trust brochure mailings
- Assisting with shows when required
- Working pattern Mon -Fri and a Sat rota

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 -30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
