**PART TIME HOUSEKEEPER JOB**

**LIVE OUT HOUSEKEEPER | FITZROVIA | LONDON**

**Salary: 18 - 20 GBP / Hour**

A young lady is looking for an experienced and professional part time housekeeper to work in her 2 bedroom apartment in Fitzrovia, London. The apartment is just 5 minutes walking from Tottenham Court Road station.

We are looking for a Russian or English speaking housekeeper because the lady speaks Russian as her native language.

Your responsibilities will include keeping the apartment clean, tidy and organised. The lady is looking for someone reliable, energetic, smart in appearance and who has a keen eye for detail while preforming their job to a high standard. Cooking is not essential but could be a bonus in this part time housekeeper position.

The lady would prefer to find someone with experience in working with a VIP wardrobe and who could organise themselves effectively without prompts.

**The Position Type**: Part Time Housekeeper Job Fitzrovia, Permanent, Live Out

**Salary**: 18 - 20 GBP / Hour Gross

**Working Day**: 2 days / week (Mon and Thu or Tue and Fri)

**Working Hours**: 4 Hours / day (Starting time could be negotiable)

**Location**: Private Housekeeper in Fitzrovia, London

**Language**: Russian or English

**Starting date**: ASAP

**Duties of part time Housekeeper may include but not be limited to**:

- Kitchen cleaning, (eg, wiping down surfaces and white goods, loading the dish washer, washing some items by hand, checking use by dates)
- Keeping the general areas clean and tidy (eg. returning misplaced items, emptying the bins, dusting, wiping away marks, watering plants, dusting doors, removing finger prints from likely areas)
- Keeping bedrooms clean and tidy (eg. changing of the bed linens, taking away dirty laundry, dusting, replacing water and toiletries)
- Taking care of the laundry (eg, washing, ironing, steaming, hand washing, sorting, etc..)
- Folding and arranging clothing
- Cleaning of upholstery (eg. hoovering, leather cleaning, steam cleaning, wiping )
- Cleaning of the carpets and floors (eg. hoovering, vacuuming, wet washing/mopping, solvent cleaning, wiping down skirting boards etc..)
- Taking stock check of pantry and useable items
- Grocery shopping occasionally
- Running errands

**Requirements for a Personal Housekeeper job**:

- Minimum of 3 years similar work experience
- Perfect checkable references
- UK working permit

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
