Daytime Healthcare are working with a Luxury Private Hospital in Fitzrovia to recruit a permanent full time experienced Operations Manager to undertake day-to-day operations. You will also be accountable for the effectiveness of the safety policy, safety procedures, carrying out regular audits and monitoring activities.

**Operations Manager Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sourcing and engaging external services that provides value for money.
- Will initiate, establish, and develop new services within remit when required, in line with strategic aims of the organisation.
- Ensure that all support services are utilized to maximum advantage and working to optimum levels, to support activities within the facility.
- Responsible for management of reception, housekeeping, and caretakers.
- Ensure timely and efficient liaison with visiting consultants and assist with coordinating / set up of new clinics and services.
- Degree or equivalent Management Qualification
- Previous experience in a hospital operational management role.
- Experience of implementing Health & safety across multi-discipline groups
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organisation
- Ability to work co-operatively and confidently with core staff and external clients.
