Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service UK team in the East Coast of England working in support of our offshore windfarms. Your role will involve supporting the operational site team with maintenance and materials planning, documentationmanagement, service scheduling and facilitation of our ERP operating system.
**Responsibilities**

In line with Vestas' quality, HSE and Operational procedures, it will be your responsibility to organize, plan and support all site activities, ensuring the smooth and safe availability of maintenance plans and general site resources for the offshore deliveryof works. You will be Safety focused with an ability to supervise and implement safety standards.
- Compliance to Vestas' Health & safety, Quality, Operational procedures
- Supervise & coordinate site resource & technical planning and maintain a long-term maintenance plan and review and improve operational documentation
- Planning of resources for annual inspections, servicing, maintenance & upgrades and daily monitoring of site maintenance progress
- Utilize the Vestas ERP system (SAP) to create, forecast & maintain service orders and review & approve of work orders, material consumptions & reports
- Assist with technical fault finding and resolution plans, NCRs, quality cases and learning opportunities
- Management of operational reporting data to support onsite customer collaborations
- Providing support to operational supervisors & shift managers
**Qualifications**
- Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering - NVQ L4 / HNC / HND / Degree / C&G technical
- You are committed to continuous improvement and able to maintain focus under stressful circumstances
- You are safety focused, professional and committed, whilst capable of assuming responsibility for the daily technical planning of a windfarm operation
- Professional experience with technical systems, for example having worked in the offshore industry
- Previous involvement in technical or operational maintenance planning is expected
- A willingness to travel to other sites when required, in support of business needs
- Proficient, committed, and hardworking, with an ability to adapt to ever changing situations
**Competencies**
- Technical Management or operational supervision
- Good English skills both oral and in written
- IT skills (preferred: SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good time management skills
- Ability to be efficient, keep tasks simple and ensure they are delivered
- Good communicator and able to effectively collaborate with colleagues
- Problem solver who will positively seek support
