**Print Administrator**

We are a small, yet versatile company based in Livingston, providing visual communication solutions. Utilising our inhouse print capabilities and extensive supplier network we produce print, signage, exhibition and branded products to a wide range of clients across the UK.

This is a varied role and will include being involved in all aspects of the business operation, including hands on within the print department.

**Primary Duties**
- Liaise with clients & suppliers to ensure high standards and quality products and services are fulfilled at all times.
- Provide quotations / estimates / follow ups using the company production software (training will be provided).
- Processing of customer orders, taking payments, managing the full order cycle from stock ordering, liaising with internal colleagues and external suppliers, through to arranging delivery
- Setting up / checking client files for various print methods. Updating & editing existing files for repeat work
- Occasional operation of internal digital print technologies & associated finishing equipment (training will be provided)
- Assisting the Managing Director with any other operational related tasks as required.

**Essential Skills**
- Be pro-active, self-motivated and have a high level of enthusiasm and sense of humour
- Have a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work autonomously, use own initiative and make decisions
- Ability to work to strict / tight deadlines under pressure
- A good flexible, strong team ethic and willingness to 'pitch in', whenever necessary
- A basic understanding of print or signage production

**Optional Advantageous Skills / Experience**
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CC (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)

Hours of work are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required when client business demands it. Salary package commensurate with experience.
