**Experienced Forklift Driver**

Here at Bridgwater Pallets, we are looking for an **experienced**Forklift Driver to join our family run company based in Highbridge. Day to day this will be loading / unloading our vehicles and providing breakdowns - great communication skills are required. Pallet knowledge is preferred but is not essential if you are a quick learner, training will be provided. This role is permanent with the opportunity of career progression to Site Supervisor. This is for a full-time position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with the occasional opportunity to do overtime.

**Day to day tasks include**:

- Load/unload vehicles using forklifts.
- Ensure orders are correctly stacked & counted while loading/unloading vehicles.
- Ensures Health and Safety guidelines are adhered.
- Working to high quality standards.
- Provide breakdowns when unloading vehicles.

**Skills and experience**:

- Forklift experience is essential.
- Self-Motivated and disciplined.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pallet knowledge is preferred. (Training will be provided)
- Excellent time keeping / attendance, with the potential to progress within roles.

**Licence**:

- Certified Forklift Operator

**Job Type**: Fulltime, Permanent. Monday-Friday. 3 months’ probation.
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour, weekly pay.
**Holiday**: 20 days including Bank Holidays.
