**Trainee Support Advisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and processing all training course information and documentation e.g. confirmations, venues, course handouts and documentation etc.
- Preparing registration paperwork
- Responding to customer enquiries whilst working collaboratively with colleagues to provide training administration and technical support for products and services
- Moderating the Virtual Learning Environment by providing online technical support to learners and tutors
- Processing and completing course bookings
- Following quality systems and procedures for the training support services
- Ensuring a customer focussed service is provided

Location: Tunbridge Wells

**Salary**: 10.20PH

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Additional information: Temp to perm position
