Finance Administrator - Hybrid

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving issues with sales invoices and entering data
- Accurate remittance entry and reconciliation of insurance accounts
- Monitoring insurance debt and managing and updating insurance rates
- Monthly reporting to Finance Manager to provide updates on insurance debt balances
- Attending finance and staff meetings and document key information and decisions as required
- Ad hoc Credit control tasks and other duties
Essentials:

- High standard of both verbal and written English
- Professional, articulate, approachable and strong communication skills
- An ability to self-motivate, organise and prioritise own workload
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A good understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
