**Interim Senior Finance Project Manager**

Consumer Additions are currently partnering with a Premium Fashion Business to recruit for an Interim Senior Finance Project Manager. You will join the team on an Interim FTC basis in their London office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review processes and procedures within finance, aiming to simplify and automate as much as possible.
- Streamline processes to optimize and reduce month-end.
- Full review and write up of processes and controls within finance.
- Reporting review, simplification, and automation for the month end.
- Identifying improvements needed, business partnering with other departments where needed to see them through to completion.
- Assistance with rolling out a new expense system within the company SAP Concur expenses.
- Taking the lead on the implementation of new reconciliation & control software for the business alongside business change team.
- Support with commercial business reporting - management information packs, presentation packs and trading KPIs.
- Review of existing accounting assumptions and calculations, for simplification
- Liaising with the rest of the team to streamline the quarterly and monthly reporting submissions.
- Continuously identify and implement reports to meet business needs within Jet Analytics and BI.
- Contribute to and in some instances own various projects throughout the business.
- Undertake external market analysis and comparative performance benchmarking.
- Support with the creation of financial models to analyse and assist with commercial decisions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Relevant financial qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA 5+ years PQE.
- Tenacity to problem solve to final solution.
- Keen to understand the business, how things work.
- Ability to see how to improve processes.
- Confidence to work on tasks autonomously and challenge processes that are not efficient.
- Demonstrable experience from within a multi-channel multi-site business.
- Excellent commercial acumen, able to create various financial models to assist with decision making.
- Experience of creating commercial business reports.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Nav and Jet Analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail, able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and diligence.
- Demonstrable experience of month end reporting, including the calculation and posting of journals.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, for key stakeholder engagement.
