We are currently searching for a talented, motivated individual to join our Digital Agency as a Creative Graphic Designer/Website Designer.

Duties will primarily involve designing website wireframes & mockups for various types of businesses, whilst also supporting the wider team with designs to enhance our various marketing campaigns. You will be supported by an experienced designer to help onboard you to the team and understand our company processes and procedures.

A primary function of the role will be liaising with both our clients and team members, to help fully understand requirements and come up with creative ideas. You will craft modern bespoke website mockups and on completion, hand them over to our website development team. Once the website has been fully built, you will conduct QA to ensure your design has been brought to life.

A key part of the role will be liaising with clients to understand requirements and creating website mockups, which can then be handed over to other members of our website development team.

The role will be based at our office in Peterborough (Lynch Wood) on a part-time basis, for at least 3 days per week.

**You'll be helping us by**:

- Creating modern, innovative, responsive website designs based on clients' requirements and budget
- Producing and developing designs of digital elements (banners, adverts and other assets)
- Conducting meetings with both internal team members & clients to gather project requirements
- Producing print graphics (brochures, leaflets and business cards) - _Experience in this area is not mandatory_

**The following skills are necessary for this role**:

- Ability to gather detailed client requirements and generate designs which are fully bespoke, modern and of a high calibre. We expect you to stay at the forefront of your industry, so our work remains cutting-edge
- Brilliant communication skills, as you'll be speaking every day to our team and regularly to clients. You will be asking various questions to determine the project scope and follow our robust processes
- Understanding of how to create websites with excellent UX/UI, blending great design with functional layouts which are built for a high conversion rate
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, remaining on time and to budget
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe XD or Figma
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
