We are recruiting a Training Manager in a new position for the company to oversee all company training activities including delivery of internal training.

We also are an approved training centre for Lantra, Highfield, Police & Civil Aviation Authority.

Given our growth, we now need to strengthen our training delivery and infrastructure.

The job will have significant control to oversee all aspects of our training delivery, including developing new courses & services.

The role will be based in our Silverstone Circuit office, with regular travel across UK, such as to our other offices and client sites.

During peak season, the role will involve supporting our event teams and casual workforce in delivering Event Traffic Management.
- Ability to plan and deliver projects on time and to specification
- A friendly, outgoing and confident manner, particularly when working with clients and staff
- Strong team player and leader
- Self-motivated, versatile and highly organised, with an acute attention to detail to deliver work at a consistently high standard

**Essential Skills and experience**:

- Hold a training qualification such as Level 3 AET or equivalent / higher
- Hold an assessor qualification such as Level 2 Assessing in the Workplace
- Ability to deliver training which good student interaction
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to write plans & reports to a high standard
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- High Level skill in use of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Able to undertake manual lifting of training equipment when required

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
