We'd like you to join us as a **Children’s Support Worker **at our young clients home in **Crawley.**

**When you'll be working**:

- 3 x 6 hour evening shifts a week (4pm-10pm)
- Plus a 7 hour shift at the weekend
- 25 hours a week in total

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support a little girl with complex health needs in her family home, during the evenings and weekends. Our client has a rare syndrome with many complex needs, including a PEG feed, epilepsy, severe learning difficulties and visual impairment. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
