An engaging, empathetic and motivated individual, you will have a strong track record of successfully working to targets, along with the ability to successfully manage a caseload of clients. You will understand the local community and the range of services available within it, and be able to proactively engage with employers to source, create and tailor employment and training opportunities.

A good general knowledge base of physical and mental health conditions and evidence of continued learning is required to support participants.
