**Commercial Account Handler - SME INSURANCE** Salary: £25,000 + bonus**

**Things to know section**:
- We are based in Gloucester with easy access from local bus routes.
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.
- £25,000 salary + bonus.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of commercial Holiday Let clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Understand and maintain a flexible approach to all tasks, supporting your peers when necessary to meet the business needs.
- Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Process mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and policy endorsements as required.
- Identify and act upon new business opportunities.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
- Provide support to the Account Executives and other team members as needed.

**Skills Experience and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry and Acturis trained would be ideal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the organisation.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
