**The role?**
This is a varied role which includes supporting the team in making technical reviews of customer enquiries to determine their requirements. You will be a leading contributor to the product line business development strategy. You will provide technical knowledge, support and advice on our product range as well as developing and maintaining strong working relationships for key accounts. This will include:

- Comply with company systems, processes and procedures. (ensuring the team are following the sales/quote/order process right through to billing/being paid)
- Be a leading contributor to the product line business development strategy and the introduction of new technologies and/or alliances.
- Provide leadership by example in all safety and environmental aspects. (ensuring the team are demonstrating safe behaviour in terms of EWOC’s, wearing correct PPE,)
- Support the integrated management system and business policies.
- Comply with all EnerMech QHSE policies
- Manage monthly team objectives
- Ensure AP Invoices are completed weekly, complete weekly sales tracker updates, Client Visits/customer growth - regular visits to clients
- Manage Monthly client reporting - ensuring all monthly reporting is completed
- Sales Team workload & accountability - managing individual accounts on a daily basis and help the team priorities their workload
- Client Visits/customer growth -regular visits to clients
- Identify AFE requirements
- Complete Performance reviews & maintain on a quarterly basis
- Ongoing review of technical capabilities within team to ensure knowledge of business line products are current and kept up to date

**You are?**
You will have experience working with Microsoft systems, Excel, Word etc., as well as previous technical sales experience. Ideally you will also have a background or working knowledge of hydraulic products as well as a strong commercial and financial understanding coupled with strong leadership experience. Previous experience in the offshore oil and gas industry would be advantageous.
