**Compliance and Sales Administrator**

We are looking for a Compliance and Sales Administrator for a well-established company working within the Veterinary Industry. We are based in Whitchurch, Shropshire, SY13 2AN

Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours per Week

This would suit a well organised, methodical and conscientious person that enjoys working as part of a team and can work effectively autonomously.

**Duties**:
To ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory standards, contract specifications, quality and performance standards

To provide administrative support for all areas of compliance, including health and safety, risk assessments, change control and storage conditions

Reviewing and maintaining SOPs across the business, ensuring these comply with strict VMD protocol and regulatory requirements

Awareness and implementation of Good Distribution Practices

Assist with the preparations for any regulatory company audits and self inspections

Temperature monitoring and record keeping

Document control & keeping accurate up to date records and spreadsheets

Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines

Providing administrative support across the business

**Skills and Personal Attributes**:
Excellent organisational and time management skills

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Self-motivated

Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (sage & Microsoft dynamics 365 experience would be advantageous)

Keen interest in developing career within compliance

Experience within the veterinary industry or similar could be advantageous, although not necessary

This role will require working closely with colleagues within the business to ensure that there is a high level of attention to detail to carrying out tasks.

The role is varied and would also include sales, stock and finance administration for sundry products within the company. A knowledge of customer service and experience with financials would be also beneficial. Previous experience working within similar roles is preferable, although training will be provided.

Salary starting at £28,000 + bonuses
