Spa Receptionist

The Spa at Orton Hall Hotel, Peterborough is operated by Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs and we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join the spa team.

The position available offers a varied role comprising of Spa Reception responsibilities including;
- To be the difference between an ‘average’ and an ‘amazing’ spa experience, and the difference is the smile, the warm, welcoming and positive attitude, and the caring and dedicated approach to all our guests’ needs.
- Looking after our health club and spa guests on their arrival, as well as overseeing reception, taking reservations, confirming bookings, and welcoming guests. There will also be cash handling responsibilities
- Providing a friendly, professional and top rate service at all times;
- Ability to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling of retail products;
- Ensuring the spa is kept clean, tidy and well maintained at all times
- Pool plant duties for daily maintenance of our Spa Bath and swimming pool as well as hold lifeguarding responsibilities when on shift.
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Confident and effective communicator;
- Good organisation skills;
- Team player;
- Competent swimmer
- Computer literate.

Hours will involve working weekends on rotation.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 32 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
