**The Opportunity**

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a Fleet Maintenance Administrator. This role will provide a full administrative support service to the fleet maintenance department preparing and providing information both for internal departments and external authorities thereby aiding the smooth running of the department.

The key accountabilities for this role are:
**Fuel**
- On a daily basis, order fuel, update spread sheets and perform tanker checks on deliveries
- On a weekly basis, calculate pump totals and update spread sheets and provide figures for weekly accounts
- React to ad hoc and emergency situations to enable SBSC to maintain fuel supply
- Produce vehicle reports for analysis by the Fleet Manager

**Vehicles**
- Update main fleet management system ensuring tax, MOT, service, fridge and tail lift schedules are reported to the Senior Technician
- Input job cards, service and inspection sheets onto computer system / Truckfile
- On a daily basis, update fleet profile, keep vehicle records up to date, price job cards and price and order parts
- On a monthly basis, organise tax for vehicles, book MOTs and order files to ensure 15 months of records are kept. Update all records on Truckfile.
- Monitor oil consumption, waste disposal, rags and used filters
- Administer tractor unit plus trailer hire, issuing purchase orders and keeping up to date records.

**General**
- Provide support to National Fleet Manager, and Senior Technician
- Raise and receipt purchase orders for Fleet Maintenance daily
- Keep O licence up to date
- Manage diary and enquiries for Fleet Manager
- Liaise with contractors for fleet maintenance, transport, warehouse and site as a whole.
