I am currently recruiting for a Qualified Accountant to come on board with this business during an exciting period after achieving record growth. This is a position that will enable you to be in charge of the financials for a fast growing technology business,build robust processes to ensure the company is in a good position as it expands, recruit a finance team over the next one to two years and get involved heavily with the strategic plan of the business.

You will work closely with the CFO/CEO of this company who is ideally looking for someone who is ambitious, looking to take on the challenge of a steep but rewarding learning curve, add a commercial outlook to what can be done in the future to ensure furtherprofitability and gain some excellent exposure along the way.

Ideally you will;
- Be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, ideally with a good amount of experience within both management and statutory accounts
- Be a technically strong Accountant with the ability to work on your own to meet tight deadlines and report directly to the the board members
- Have a commercial outlook on things, being able to highlight ways to streamline procedures and the business in general
- Want to learn at a rapid rate, moving up through the business as it succeeds in an autonomous role, along with using technical skills to make changes within the business to improve efficiencies

This is the perfect position for someone who wants to put in the work, looking at the end to end process of the finance functions and arranging it as you see fit within a new, striving, up and coming business.
