**_Hours:_** Full time - 37.5 hours a week

We have a great opportunity working at our service in Watford you will be there to provide support, this could be emotional support during a crisis, to have a chat over a cup of tea or just be a friendly face to give reassurance.

Aspirations are looking for a self
- motivated, caring individual to be responsible for the security and safety of our supported living premises, which is home to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and Autism.

**Duties include**:

- Offer support with morning routines.
- Keep areas clean and tidy and remove any hazards.
- Maintain care and support as required.
- complete all paperwork as required.
- To ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals.
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adults rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
- Personal Care

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Willing to work alone overnight.
- A positive and caring nature.
- A good sense of humor in sometimes challenging situations.
- Ability to communicate well with the rest of the staff team.
- Passionate about supporting individuals within the community.
