New Yard Ltd is opening a new restaurant in Station Yard, Needham Market and we’re looking to hire a brand-new team.

If you have experience within the hospitality sector and have a passion to deliver outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you. We'll always reward hard work and we'll give you the training you need to get you to where you want to be. Training will take place at our sister restaurant in Norwich before our grand opening in May and transport and accommodation will be provided to Norwich where necessary.

We aim to deliver service at the highest level so we want the best possible people on our team. We need people who are curious, passionate and who are not afraid to go that extra mile to create something just a little bit special.

As food runner, you will need to be able to demonstrate a excellent time management and organisational skills, resulting in efficient service and exceptional standards.

**Essential Requirements**
- Have a positive 'can do' energy and the ability work as part of a team
- To be a confident individual who enjoys engaging with guests
- Have strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Have a relentless drive to deliver 110%
- Advance communication skills
- Have a sincere desire to deliver expectation exceeding customer service
- Well presented
- Flexibility to work day and/or evening shifts across the week and weekends

**Desirable**
- Experience working within hospitality at any level
