Your responsibility as Admin Assistant is to oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, organising people, information and other resources. You will work supporting the customer care manager with day-to-day admin tasks such as but not limited to;
- Assisting with compliance, maintaining a healthy and safe working environment as defined by current legislations and best practice Fire alarm checks, cleaning checks, purchasing office supplies.
- Assist in the maintenance, updating and storage of all records and documentary supporting materials needed for formal accreditations and certifications such as Easy MCS, CHAS and ISO.
- Assist with administration of ongoing projects. Booking accommodation for engineers and diary scheduling as required.
- Preparation of Induction paperwork for new team members.
- Working with Microsoft office suite day to day you will need to have a good level of experience with Word & Excel etc
- Assist in the co-ordination of all training and development activities across the business, booking training courses as required.
