We are recruiting for the position of Machine Operative in the Accrington area working for a manufacturing company.

**Machine Operator Requirements**
- Industrial Machine Operators (Wood machines if possible as they make wooden frames).
- Understand English instruction and want to be trained.
- Reliable with a good attitude to work.
- Monday to Thursday 07:15 - 16:15 & Friday 07:15 - 13:15.
- Overtime when required.**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain machines in a warehouse setting
- Assemble and disassemble machine components as needed
- Monitor and control machines using logic controllers
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of tooling and machining techniques

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

**Salary**: £12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
