**Shift patterns**

Our **16 hour post** this would involve working **one shift per week** between the hours of 1100-1100 hours (includes a sleepover). The **24 hours post** **would involve working your hours over 1 or 2 days** per week and would also include a sleepover. Weekends and public holidays would form part of your rota on a rotational basis for both roles.

The sleepover part of your shift isn't included in your contracted hours, so you will also get an additional **£87 **for each sleepover worked.

**The Role**

As a member of our team you'll be providing 1-2-1 support to a young man in his own home. Your main aim will be supporting his day to day personal needs, including meal planning, cooking, housework, personal care and medication. As this young man enjoys an active social life within the local community, we would be looking for you to be enthusiastic about participating and supporting him with his interests including motorsports, plane spotting, the cinema, walking and day trips.
