As part of our ongoing growth within Asset Services, we are looking for a Head of Client Engagement to join us.

You will be a key contributor and work closely with the leadership team, architecting and designing new programs and systems to improve both our client acquisition program and the ongoing client experience.

This role will see you being responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business through sales, client success and marketing to drive business growth. You will identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow

Providing a thorough customer perspective in executive decisions and increase the lifetime value and profitability of clients. You will understand our existing and future clients’ detailed needs inside-and-out.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing clients and markets
- Understand the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Work with other Partners to respond to client RFP’s working closely with our Bid Support team. Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Working with the wider teams to contribute to business Research and produce engaging collaterals to deliver differentiating client experience

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Demonstrable sales track record with a proven ability to deliver value and hit targets
- Ability to develop new ideas for services or projects that meet current and/or future organisational needs
- Demonstrates thinking beyond their own team and incorporates a strategic focus on the global and regional business as a standard part of their routine.
- Demonstrated experience and education in Client/Customer Engagement, Marketing and PR
- Experience in lead client contact positions, conducting pitches and presentations
