Mortgage Administrator

**WE Talent** are working with a well respected, award winning business within the property sector, that is based on the outskirts of Norwich.
This business is looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their team due to their continued growth and success.
This business is well respected in their field and works with companies across the UK. Customer care is at the heart of everything they do which is why the company has rapidly grown and has won numerous awards. This is an exciting opportunity which offers progression and a fun supportive team.
This role is full time, working 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and based fully in the office.
**Responsibilities**
- Liaising with external clients to obtain updates for advisors, being able to report and keep log of progress
- Updating internal records
- Providing weekly and monthly updates to clients
- Handling queries from mortgage advisors
- Creating marketing material for external referrers
- Providing updates on a weekly and monthly basis to external clients
**Requirements**:
- Previous Administration experience
- Previous experience within mortgages preferable but not essential
- A strong communicator both verbal and written
- Confident knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Outstanding attention to detail and focus
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
