**JOB TITLE** - Training Support Assistant

APPRENTICESHIP QUALIFICATION - Level 3 Business Administration (Standard)

**JOB PROFILE**

You will provide support to trainers to enable the delivery of high-quality training to all learners enrolled with Rewards Training, whether funded or commercial, in order to secure a high success rate for learner achievement on funded contracts, as well as achieving consistent and sustainable commercial revenue. You will support the learner journey through to timely completion, ensuring that all contractual & internal paperwork is completed to an auditable standard. This role involves working in a team to ensure the success of all Community Learning contracts and this position provides you with a perfect steppingstone to a fully qualified trainer role.

**TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support trainers with the delivery of IAG, inductions & ensure that all learners are fully aware of all policies, procedures & targets.
- Provide support to trainers to enable learner engagement via the most appropriate methods; in-person, phone or video call.
- Provide support to trainers to ensure that learners are able to achieve agreed programme goals by target completion dates.
- Encourage learners to give feedback at whilst on programme & at set stages in the learner journey.

**Exam Centre Support**
- Check-in, administer & invigilate commercial exam sessions.
- Complete all associated paperwork in a timely fashion, to a high quality.
- Ensure all awarding body regulations & procedures are followed correctly & accurately.

**Administration Support**
- Be able to deal with general customer enquiries by telephone or face to face.
- Maintaining product & pricing knowledge for the full Rewards Training portfolio.
- Support in conducting Initial Assessments with all prospective learners prior to enrolment.
- Report on learner caseload, learner progress and forecasting to manager at regular intervals.
- Any other additional duties as required commensurate to your grade

**Hours/days**: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week).

**Annual leave**: 24 days per year, plus bank holidays

- Previous training experience desirable but not essential

**Training and qualification information**:
Level 3 Business Administration (Standard)

Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics (Level 2) if not already achieved grade 4/C

Functional Skills Qualification in English (Level 2) if not already achieved grade 4/C

Functional Skills qualification in Information and Communication Technology (Level 2)
