Join us as our Head of Project Implementation
- We're looking for someone to lead our implementation teams to make sure the change portfolio is delivered well and to manage implementation projects and programmes
- Day-to-day, you'll focus on the upskilling and performance of generalist resources to align to business needs and to provide targeted support
- This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with and lead the implementation teams on this strategically important programme as you explore your leadership potential

**What you'll do**
Your daily responsibilities will include you managing the programme implementation and project teams to provide strategic direction and delivery and the continued development of practice capabilities. You'll also make sure all projects have a clearly definedscope.
We'll look to you to strategically contribute across our customer base to deliver our goals and objectives through our financial crime programme. This will include partnering and advising on all aspects of the financial crime programme with key stakeholdersthroughout the programme of work.
In addition, you'll be responsible for:

- Managing relationships with senior stakeholders, key suppliers and delivery partners, while driving the development of implementation capabilities within the team
- Using resources that serve the implementation vertical to provide integrated solutions and to make sure resource capacity is maximised
- Owning programme implementation plans, controls and resource plans, statuses and progress reporting on plans and controls, including escalating risks
- Improving team performance through upskilling and the adoption of new methods

**The skills you'll need**
To be successful in this role, you'll have an appropriate programme management qualification and experience of successfully managing and controlling costs to a budget.
You'll also need:

- Experience of delivering strategic programmes that support the business strategy and its growth agenda
- An understanding of how to deliver programme management and managing risks associated with the delivery of complex projects
- Knowledge of how to continuously upskill a team and embed Agile ways of working
- A background of managing and influencing senior stakeholders
