Postroom Operative

**Job description**

We are looking for someone to join our busy Postroom on a full time, permanent basis. This is a key role in the smooth running of the company.

**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Dealing with incoming and outgoing Royal Mail, recorded/special deliveries and DX Post
- Delivery of post/documents to staff members
- Assisting with photocopying/scanning of legal confidential documents, including court documents and Trial Bundles
- Copying discs with confidential information.
- Excellent time management skills
- Be a strong team player - be willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Have an understanding of the need for confidentiality and sensitivity
