Data Architect

**Data Architect - Hybrid/Remote - up to £56,000**

**The Opportunity**

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a highly specialist civil service organisation. We are supporting in their search for two Senior Data Architects to join their team.

As a Senior Data Architect, you'll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects across the enterprise and be part of a team of 13 passionate architects. This role can be done mainly remotely, and you'll have the chance to become a Certified Data ManagementProfessional.

**What the Data Architect will be doing**

As a Data Architect, you will have expert-level data modelling skills, experience in the creation and maintenance of enterprise data artefacts, and a strong motivation to work with data architecture tools. Knowledge and experience in data integration, metadatamanagement, interoperability, master data management and data warehousing are preferred. You should also be capable of developing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships within the organisation and with third-party suppliers.
- Technically lead data architecture work within an agile team
- Design and craft data architecture solutions
- Ensure effective use of data architecture tools and techniques
- Develop and maintain an Enterprise Data Architecture Strategy
- Collaborate with others in the architecture community

**What the successful Data Architect will bring to the team**

You will have at least 2-3 years' experience across diverse environments as well as the following.
- Expert-level data modelling skills
- Experience in the creation and maintenance of enterprise data artefacts
- Strong motivation to work with data architecture tools
