Talent Advisor

The Active Group are recruiting for a talent advisor for an immediate start based in Weybridge Surrey KT13.
- Job Title: Talent Advisor
- Shift times (days and hours): Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 5:30 core hours (some flexibility)
- Start date: Asap
- End date: 6 months possible temp to perm
- Payrate £15.83 p/h
- Address : Weybridge - some travel to canary wharf - Hybrid working between home and office (office is available 5 days if preferred)

Job description:

- Supporting across Talent development and Employability (grads/ apprentices)
- Data analysis and reporting across talent management, grads and apprentices
- Data cleansing on Performance System
- Shared mailbox support
- Internal website development
- Supporting and facilitating graduate assessment centres - customer facing environment
- Managing training provider relationships and apprenticeship nominations across the business
- General administration
- Working with confidential data

**Requirements**:

- **Experience within a Talent Management/ Early Talent (grads/apprentices) environment**
- **MS skills - Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint**
- **Internal/ External stakeholder management**
- **Experience with performance/ people systems**
- **Confident communicator**
- **Good attention to detail**
- **Confident to work independently as well as in a team**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £15.83 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Weybridge, KT13 0SL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
