**Admin Assistant - Teesside**

Connect Appointments are recruiting an Administration Assistant to join our Teesside based client on a part-time permanent basis. Our client is one of the leading mental health charities in the **Teesside/Middlesbrough** area. It is their mission to ensure that everyone in their local area has good mental health.

The duties of this role are but not limited to the following:

- Previous admin experience within an office environment
- Take notes and minutes at a variety of meetings
- Use their charity log / client database
- Receive calls from distressed clients therefore excellent customer service skills are essential
- Purchasing of materials
- Invoicing
- Booking appointments
- Excellent IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft office - including the ability to undertake minor problem solving (e.g. if a connection to a printer fails)
- Good organisational skills
- Good telephone manner
- Admin experience
- A DBS certificate

What to expect from the role:

- A working week of between 30 and 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Pay rates £9.90/hr

**Please note**: due to the nature of this role, a DBS certificate is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.90 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Middlesbrough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
