**The Company**:
Our well-established client is looking to appoint a full-time Conveyancing Secretary to join their team in Warminster. Our client is one of the leading Law Firms and aims to deliver high and exacting standards to their clients. Started from Townbridge, later,they expanded their business in Malmesbury, Chippenham & Warminster.

**The Role**:
Our client has an immediate full-time vacancy for a Residential Property Solicitor to take conduct of primarily residential conveyancing and probate matters, and a limited but developing aspect of commercial conveyancing work. The idle incumbent is expectedto have minimum 5 years PQE in similar role.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Advising on the complex area of residential property law, especially Residential Conveyancing
- Knowledge of probate family or other areas
- Title checking of freehold and leasehold properties, both registered and unregistered land
- Lexel case management software capability is a plus

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years PQE (Conveyancing & Probate)
- Must be computer literate
- Competent IT skills - Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and be able to 'hit the ground running' in a comfortable office
- Applicant will have experience in all aspects of residential property, running your own caseload and be familiar with case management.
- Experience in commercial would be an advantage.
