Looking for a hybrid administrative job, 3-4 days working from home? Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation with the opportunity to develop and progress your skills and career?

If you are enthusiastic, have experience working within a team and are detail orientated then this is the job for you

Key responsibilities:

- Provide an efficient, top quality client focused service to customers and potential customers
- Take a lead role in supporting administration for the wider team
- Updating CRM system and website with correct live information
- Manage internal and external relationships
- Booking of venues
- Keeping accurate attendance records
- Issuing contracts to clients and associates
- Prepare branded materials when required
- Generate reports and analyse customer feedback
- Management of own projects
Essential skills:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn
- Ability to establish, monitor and maintain office processes with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can do attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
