Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.

2.Property Listings:
Generate property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing property descriptions.

Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.

3.Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Effectively negotiate sales terms, ensuring favourable outcomes for both the buyer and seller.

Work closely with clients to finalize transactions and overcome any obstacles that may arise during the negotiation process.

4.Market Analysis:
Stay updated on the local property market trends, pricing, and competition.

Provide regular reports and insights to the management team regarding market conditions and sales performance.

5.Administrative Tasks:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and sales activities.

Collaborate with the administrative team to prepare necessary documentation for property transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
1.Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in testate agency, with a focus on residential properties.

2.In-depth knowledge of the local property market.

3.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.

4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5.Self-motivated and able to work independently.

6.Proficient in using estate agency software and technology.

7.Valid driver's license and own transportation.
