**About the Role**

In the role of Care/Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in enhancing the well-being and independence of older adults through personalised care. This part-time position is ideal for those looking for various hours and working schedules, allowing you to have a fantastic career supporting people to continue living at home while fitting work around your lifestyle and commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with your clients.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
- Deliver personal care with the highest respect and dignity.
- Encourage and support physical activities and exercises.
- Provide reminders and assistance with medications, ensuring safety and well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social events, offering transportation when necessary.
