**Main Purpose**

To ensure excellence in the display and merchandising of Le Creuset products in retail partners. Support in-house and external customer training events.

**Main Duties**
- To support the National Sales Manager and Account Managers in the implementation of the “shop in shop” refit project across the UK & Ireland
- To support the National Sales Manager and Account Managers in the implementation of the “Right Range, Right Store” project across the UK & Ireland
- Assist the Sales Team with the execution of the Le Creuset Visual Merchandising strategy as required. To include:
Placement of Point of Sale material to support each product category, as appropriate

Ensuring all products are accompanied by correct price tickets and taking action to remedy as appropriate

Ensuring clean and bright displays with stock available at all times

Merchandising the Le Creuset footprint in store

Notifying the relevant account manager of any changes made by the retailer to the size/location of the Le Creuset footprint in store and any opportunities identified to increase brand presence in store

Building positive relationships within the Store Management team, Home Department Management team, Wedding Department and Customer Special Orders Department

Advising the relevant account Manager of any stock shortages/out of stocks identified during retailer visits
- Actively promote and present all Le Creuset products using company sales techniques. This should include advising customers on product suitability, care and use, and unique selling points
- Actively demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to consumers when required by Le Creuset
- Support the Sales Team and Account Managers at hospitality and trade show events for the sales organisation
- Work closely and support any Le Creuset In Store Consultants
- Creation of journey plans and arranging fixed appointments with appropriate store staff
- To train all relevant store staff members on the features and benefits and key selling points of Le Creuset products ranged in store
- Develop close working relationships with internal personnel
- To assist in the delivery of Le Creuset training days and major internal and external training events
- Attendance, as required, at monthly internal business meetings and conferences
- Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities
- Ensure that at all times you take care of your health and safety and that of others by complying with health and safety obligations, particularly by reporting promptly any defects, risks or potential hazards

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Experience**
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a quality retail environment or in a direct sales (customer facing) role
- Department store visual merchandising experience
- Experience of delivering training

**Education / Qualifications**
- Numeracy and Literacy to GCSE level (or equivalent) or above

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Effective oral communication skills
- Customer/Consumer Service skills
- An interest in cooking
