**Job Description**:
**About you - Essential Criteria**

You must be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our clients, helping them live happily and independently in their own homes.
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or currently working towards a Level 3 qualification.
- Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
- Experience of assisting with administering medication.
- Experience of working with IQ timecard (or similar care management system).
- Be confident in the use of care management technologies, including providing support and training to Care Professionals.
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Social Care legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with others quickly.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and working within current legislation.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems with the aptitude to learn and adopt new technologies and software where appropriate.
- Organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Due to the nature of this role, a full driving license and access to you own transport is required.

**Job Purpose**

This is a key role within our friendly and professional operations support team in Wirral.

Working alternative shifts Monday to Friday (daytime 7.15am to 3.15pm and evening 3.15pm to 11.15pm) with one weekend in very five, you will be performing a variety of critical duties to help ensure our Care Professionals receive the appropriate support they need to deliver outstanding care to our clients.

**The role**
- Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
- Maintain regular contact with Care Professionals, to provide support and mentorship as appropriate.
- Complete supported visits and competencies with Care Professionals, ensuring they are compliant in all aspects of care and identify any training needs.
- Ensure compliance with Home lnstead's Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy.
- Provide support to the Care Managers and Assistant Care Managers (ACM)
- Participate in on-call duties.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

**Qualifications**:
