We have fantastic opportunity to join one of our clients who are a well-known electricity distribution company based in Stockton. They are currently looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary role with the possibilityof an extension.
Duties will include:

- Raising purchase orders for goods and services required by engineers
- Processing Contractor Application for Payments, incl logging on database and relevant CRM system, requiring accuracy and speed
- Creating daily faults and damages which have occurred to our system/apparatus
- Collating and processing paperwork for third party damages for Claims
- Raising planned outages of electricity in the Outage Management System, including production of letters to customers
- Training for Customer Service Calls for major incidents (to be trained on this in future)

The hours of work are 8:30am to 4:40pm (37 hours per week) Monday to Friday. The company offer free onsite parking and it can also be accessed via public transport.
