**Your role as an After sales Co-ordinator**:

- Working as part of a small team you will be working in a busy sales office assisting the sales team with the administration of orders. The role will include:

- Order processing for Far East orders for all other divisions
- Dealing with delivery issues/ customer issues
- Liaising with the couriers to solves any issues.
- Raising imprint orders on the bespoke systems
- Chasing suppliers in relation to lead times and schedules.
- Investigating any issues and finding resolutions for customers
- Liaising with the UK warehouse on dispatch of goods
- Quoting on large quantity of stock orders
- Arranging swatches and pre-production samples for the customer

**We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:

- Experience in either an office-based administrator or a similar sales support role.
- IT literate and comfortable with general office systems
- An upbeat and friendly character with a strong team player attitude and good communication skills
