We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Development Team, as a Sales Aftercare Assistant. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.

The role comes with Agile Working.

In this job role as a Sales Aftercare Assistant, you will respond to all enquiries received from sales customers, internal teams and external contractors. Listening to customers, providing information and supporting them to achieve a timely resolution to their enquiries. You’ll act upon their feedback and suggest improvements to our services.

You will understand that your role and the service you deliver are key to enhancing the Flagship Homes brand and providing outstanding customer service. You’ll undertake all aspects of the sales aftercare process (alongside your team) for shared ownership and outright sales customers. Being the face of Flagship Homes over the telephone, in written communication and in person. For shared ownership customers, this starts from sales completion through to the sale of their home. Managing all aspects of customer service such as defect/repair resolution, permissions, ASB and rent account management. For outright sale customers, you’ll support them through their home familiarisation prior to sales completion through to the end of the defect liability period. Putting our customers at the heart of all you do and delivering outstanding customer service is your top priority.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Sales Aftercare Assistant from those with a minimum of three years experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in the housebuilding industry. Who have excellent customer service skills and are committed to putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.

You must be competent in the use of Microsoft packages. As well as organised, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Comfortable taking the initiative and delivering a customer-first service, you will need experience of both working alone and within a team is essential. You’ll need to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.

The ideal applicant will have a recognised customer service qualification is desirable.
