What we need from you

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual to support the running of the restaurant and bar. This role would be suitable for someone who is looking to progress in their career and help us build a reputation locally for innovation and excellence. Experience managing a team and working front of house is a must. We need someone who is a hands on worker and is a people person. Additionally you will need to be:

**Duties**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with bar manger to order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for events or banquets
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
