SENIOR PERSON required to supervise 'front of house' in our busy day time Mediterranean - bistro style restaurant. You will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring all aspects are kept to the highest standard.
- You must have a passion for good food and good service.
- You must be able to organise and lead by example, this is very much a hands on role.
- Barista training an advantage
- You must be able to work with your own initiative.
- You will be responsible for training and overseeing a small team.
- You must be flexible to help out in all areas of the restaurant
- You must be a good communicator, liaising with both the kitchen staff and Office.

Daytime hours: normal hours between 8am-5pm, 5 days out of 7. Will include one Saturday evening once a month.

Full time permanent position. Must have experience in a similar role.

Please note we are located outside of Penrith and are not on a public transport route and therefore your own transport is essential.
