Following growth and changes within their teams based in Worcestershire we are recruiting for a permanent Head of IT/IT Manager job.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the IT Director this job will lead, support and develop teams of IT support analysts who delivering on-site and remote services support. You will be required to manage a team of 10 supporting c.1,000 users. This is a high profile leadership rolefor the business where you will be focused on building and retaining team as well as transforming delivery of IT services. This will include ensuring service desk queries are resolved efficiently and effectively and ensuring team hits agreed SLAs. You willwork closely with stakeholders to help improve as well as driving implementation of end user initiatives and new technology. In this job you will also work with the IT Director with various IT Projects to ensure all IT Services are delivered efficiently.
**What you'll need to succeed**
We are looking for applicants with strong stakeholder management and relationship building with experience managing support technology, ideally in a multi-site organisation. You will have good knowledge of ITIL or other Service Management frameworks and haveexperience managing IT projects, products or services. You will need a track record of delivery and ideally have people management and leadership experience. As well as managing budgets, working with vendors and bringing a commercial focus to service delivery.
**What you'll get in return**
In return this business can offer a base salary c.£40,000-£50,000 based upon experience. You'll accrue 27 days holiday + bank holidays, as well as qualify for a bonus scheme and other benefits. This is business is in the UK Top 70 Law Firms and provide a rangeof legal services including being flexible to needs of their clients.
