Sentinel Coordinator

SWGR are looking for a Sentinel Coordinator to join our Glasgow office.

**Duties**:

- Complete Sentinel checks as requested.
- Add/ remove sponsorship as requested.
- Manage notifications from Sentinel.
- Notify Sentinel of D&A and medical results.
- Order and distribute Sentinel cards.
- Arrange medical and D&A appointments as required.
- Manage rule book requirements (existing and updates).
- Management of medical, competency and assessment expiries.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested commensurate with your knowledge and skills.

**Skills**:

- Experience within an administration role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of the Sentinel database.
- In depth knowledge of Network Rail rules and regulations.

Hours of work:

- Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3:45pm.

**Benefits**:

- Salary dependent on experience.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
