Office Junior

**Office Junior | Accrington | 8:30am
- 4.30pm Monday - Friday (2pm finish on Friday) | Hourly minimum wage to begin, negotiable depending on experience**

Zeus Personnel is recruiting for an Office Junior for our client, a family run UK based metal fabrication expert, specialising in the bespoke metal fabrication, commercial kitchens, extraction canopy and air conditioning/ventilation industries.

**What will your role as an Office Junior look like?**
- Screening phone calls and taking messages/directing the customer to the correct department/person.
- Scanning completed paperwork and filing within our Order Management Software
- Monitoring customer portals to ensure a swift response to new quote requests and assigned works.
- Following up on surveys and uploading costs to any outstanding quote requests from clients
- Closing and preparing live jobs for invoicing once works are completed.
- Being the “go to” person within a busy Operations Department for all administrative needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
