Payroll Co-ordinator

Our client is an education company looking for a strong and experienced Payroll professional to join as a Payroll Coordinator to oversee a large outsource Payroll. You will be responsible for handling the outsourcing provider as well as providing technicalsupport and ensuring that all automated processes run smoothly.
This role would be ideal for someone looking for the next step in their career.
**Responsibilities**:
- Hands-on with the day-to-day payroll
- Deal sensitively with employee queries
- Co-ordinating the payroll department
- Run reports and perform audits on pay data input
- Potentially looking to bring some in-house - Projects -It would be advantageous to have experience with this
**Requirements**:
- 38 sites in England and Scotland
- Hands-on Payroll Professional to deal with a large payroll
- Heavy use of spreadsheets - no system
- Payroll is outsourced
- Checking for errors and repeat errors
- Input payroll information on spreadsheet
- Point of contact for liaising with outsource provider
- Final checks
- Sending to outsourcer
- Checking when returned from bureau and final report
